🔧 What You’ll Be DoingIn this hands-on role, you’ll:
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose issues quickly and get equipment back up and running
- Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happen
- Use schematics, tools, and technical documentation to solve complex problems
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize output
- Identify improvements to boost reliability and reduce repeat issues
Core Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical & electrical systems
- Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- A safety-first mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Preventative or reliability-centered maintenance experience
- A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Clear communication skills
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
