Processing Helper / Jerome

• Weekly pay of $18.00 -$23.00 per hour

• Assist in daily production task including weighing, mixing, feeding and blending ingredients into machines

• Packaging finished products into containers, bags or boxes and label according to company standards

• Clean and sanitize equipment, to meet food and drug administration safety standards

• Transport raw ingredients, packaging materials and finished goods throughout facility

• Maintain accurate records of production, sanitation and ingredient tracking

• Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure alignment from all departments and timely implementation ..

• Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues in a timely manner.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste..

• Swing Shift, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am

• Monday - Thursday (some Fridays)

• Processing Helper experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

• Experience in a manufacturing or process technician role

• Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations in manufacturing.

• Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

• Able to stand and work 10 hour shifts

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
