Job Title: Driver & Facilities Technician
Overview
The Driver & Facilities Technician supports daily operations by handling local pickups and deliveries while maintaining facility equipment, vehicles, and general building conditions. This role ensures efficient logistics, safe vehicle operation, and a well-maintained work environment.
Shift and Pay
1st shift: Mon-Fri - 7am to 3:30pm
Pay: $18-$25/hr depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily pickups and deliveries to local vendors using company vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate transport.
- Safely operate trucks and vans in compliance with traffic laws and company procedures.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Complete general facility maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep.
- Support production by maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment.
- Manage assigned maintenance priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
- Identify routine maintenance issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and delivery activities.
Qualifications
- Experience operating company vehicles for local deliveries.
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience in facility maintenance and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Dover, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
