We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to step in immediately and take full ownership of payroll operations.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll run payroll independently for a multi-state employee base. If you’re someone who has owned payroll end-to-end and can step in with confidence from day one, this is a great opportunity.

Own end-to-end payroll processing

Manage off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, and 401k

Handle PTO, comp changes, and employee inquiries

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Not a junior role—we need someone who can step in and lead payroll day one
