Thern, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Painter to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will prepare and paint manufactured products using enamel, epoxy, and other protective coatings while supporting production schedules, quality standards, and customer expectations.

What You'll Do:
- Organize and prioritize parts through the paint process to support production schedules and customer deadlines.
- Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, priming, and other preparation methods.
- Mix and prepare paints to proper specifications, color, and consistency.
- Apply enamel, epoxy, and protective coatings using spray painting equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage, appearance, thickness, and quality standards.
- Perform touch-up and rework activities as needed.
- Maintain paint booth equipment, spray guns, respirators, and related systems.
- Complete routine paint booth maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Read and interpret work instructions, paint specifications, and production documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous industrial painting, manufacturing, paint booth, powder coating, automotive painting, or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
