Warehouse employees are responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, focusing on electronics handling, shipping, and receiving processes. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to safety standards, and on-time delivery of high-quality kits and components.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, kitting, and order fulfillment.
- Execute the accurate and timely receiving of electronics components, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate kitting operations, ensuring components are picked, packed, and assembled accurately for production.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to address shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electronics to prevent damage or contamination.
- Adhere to all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols.
- Experience in warehouse operations, kitting, inventory management, and shipping & receiving.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
- Ability to lift and move items up to (Weight Limit, e.g., 50 lbs) regularly.

Work Environment
This is a climate-controlled and humidity-controlled manufacturing shop laid out in a lean manufacturing fashion. Employees will work in a very small team consisting of a test operator, an AOI operator, and a team lead. The work involves both sitting and standing while completing various tasks associated with the job.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shippensburg, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
