About the care needs: Ella is a sparkling, sweet, silly, 24-year-old with special needs. She is living in Rhinebeck with her primary caregiver. We need someone to do two longer days ideally Wednesday and Thursday to help Ella with morning routines beginning at 8am, then driving her to her day program and helping her with transitions during. Then driving her back to Rhinebeck and helping her with evening routine, putting her to bed around 9:00 p.m. Happy to discuss details
