About who needs care: Parkinsons diabetic recent memory issues seeing things wake up 5-8 a.m. coffee 8-9 a.m. shower/get ready 9-10 lunch (pill time) 11-1 p.m. will need assistance taking the pills (just putting in the mouth) Dinner 5-7 p.m. will need assistance taking the pills (just putting in the mouth) About the care needs: understanding of the prior mentioned isssues Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
