$28/hr+ with raises for someone who sticks around. This is an ISSNY Self-Direction position paid by check, requires a basic startup process. Weekends to start as a test run. If it works out Id offer room for more hours, raises, benefits. Must-haves: Hoyer lift experience, personal care comfort (bathing, dressing, grooming), transportation, and professionalism.
