Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a newborn that was born in June. I will be going back to work in September. I will just help 2 days a week. Some weeks will include weekends. My husband and I both work shift work. I only have 12 hr shifts His shift hours vary. So the days and hours we need assistance will change weekly. We only need care for the newborn.
