Housekeeper

I'm a single working mom looking for a reliable, take-the-initiative household helper for my small two-bedroom apartment. This is NOT a "clean to a checklist" job -- I need someone who can walk in, see what needs to be done, and just do it. Typical tasks: pick things up, throw things in the laundry and put them away, put the trash out in the hallway (we have valet trash), load/unload dishwasher, wiping down bathrooms/toilets, and resetting the space so it feels under control. Basically, the everyday stuff that piles up faster than a weekly cleaner can keep up with. Looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable using their own judgment about what needs attention.
