We’re looking for dependable, motivated Shift Leaders who can help lead the team, support daily operations, and create a great guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep a shift running smoothly.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help set the pace for the team, support the manager on duty, and make sure guests and team members have what they need for a successful shift.

What you’ll do

• Lead by example in guest service, teamwork, and urgency
• Help open, run, and close shifts according to company standards
• Support cashiers, hosts, servers, and other team members during busy periods
• Help manage shift flow, staffing positions, and front-of-house operations
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and care
• Support training and coaching for new team members
• Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Monitor accuracy, speed of service, and overall shift performance
• Assist with drawer counts, shift paperwork, and other assigned tasks
• Communicate clearly with managers and team members throughout the shift

What we’re looking for

• Positive attitude and strong leadership presence
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take ownership
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Able to coach others and hold standards without drama
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
