Mover/ Packer/ Helper

Job Summary:
A Mover Helper assists with the safe and efficient packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking of customers' household or commercial belongings. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork to ensure items are handled with care and delivered safely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with packing and wrapping furniture and fragile items.
• Load and unload moving trucks safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and move heavy furniture, appliances, and boxes.
• Protect customers' belongings and property from damage during the move.
• Help organize and secure items inside the moving truck.
• Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Work as part of a team to complete moves on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and care when handling customers' belongings.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

HOURS:

- Hours will vary by day and by week. Everyday is different.
