We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility programs
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, safety, and functional independence
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
