Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Attorney
- Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases through all phases of the legal process
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development
- Communicate directly with clients and provide ongoing case updates
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes
Qualifications of the Personal Injury Attorney
- 3-5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred
- Active Rhode Island Bar admission required
- Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Team-oriented professional with a commitment to client service
