Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am an ER doctor and will have my children for a month while working about 20 shifts throughout the month. Shifts are 9-10 hours, morning to afternoon or afternoon to evening, no overnights scheduled. My kids are healthy, neurotypical, and pretty easily entertained. They enjoy just about anything active but are also happy playing at home, doing crafts, reading, etc. I am also coordinating various activities with other kids and families so which will only require transport from the caregiver.
