Babysitter

My husband and I work somewhat shifted hours. We currently have a full-time nanny but with the shifted hours we need someone to help with 10-15 hours per week to give her some relief as well as to fill in if she needs off. We have a cat and would like the caregivers to do things with the boys vs always on electronics. No smokers please. Reliable transportation is must as the oldest attends private school with no bus available and the youngest goes to speech therapy. Please, mention what a day or part-day may look like for the boys when you are with us. Our house is lived in so if you can't handle everything organized and super clean, please don't apply. Thanks!
