Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for my children in Rockford. I prefer someone that is open to or has experience with autistic nonverbal children. My 3-year-old is so sweet, but cannot always communicate efficiently. We would prefer a babysitter who is comfortable with pets as we have one dog. Jobs would be semi-frequent for date nights and events.
