Animal Care Needed

My good girl Bella had an incident about three weeks back. Were not sure what happened. Maybe a stroke. She cannot see thats made it verydifficult for her. Shes on prednisone and gabapentin which is ruining her, but she needs help. She is having trouble going to the bathroom where she to and she cant see which shes got high anxiety. It seems like shes got dementia, but shes pretty good as long as you really helpher. She needs a bath so bad and I cant help. Is there anyway I can get someone to come help me please
