Responsibilities:

  • You'll spend your days overseeing the service department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • You'll lead, mentor, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • You’ll recruit, train, and retain top service talent 
  • You'll manage service budgets and financial performance, driving profitability through effective strategies.
  • You'll implement processes that enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service operations.
  • You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the dealership.
  • You'll analyze service metrics and develop plans for continuous improvement.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Required: Proven experience in a service management role within the automotive industry. (5+ years’ experience is preferred)
  • Required: Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Required: Knowledge of service department operations and financial management.
  • Preferred: Experience with Honda vehicles and products.
  • Preferred: ASE certification or equivalent.
