is seeking a detailâ€'driven Warranty Administrative Assistant to support our Warranty Department with accurate claim processing, documentation management, and communication between service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting manufacturer warranty claims.
- Verify repair orders are complete and meet manufacturer documentation requirements.
- Ensure technician stories, labor operations, causal parts, and coding are accurate.
- Attach required supporting documentation, photos, and repair records.
- Monitor claim status and assist with correcting rejected or returned claims.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department, Warranty Administrator and Service Management
- Notify advisors or technicians when documentation is missing or corrections are required.
- Review completed repair orders for:
- Accurate labor operations
- Proper technician punch times
- Required customer concern, cause, and correction documentation
- Parts billed correctly
- Proper authorizations and signatures
Qualifications:
- Previous Warranty Admin. or Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dealership repair order and warranty processes preferred
- Basic accounting or reconciliation experience.
- Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
