Grainger Honda is seeking a highly organized, safetyâ€'focused Lot Superintendent to oversee daily lot operations, vehicle flow, inventory organization, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily lot operations, ensuring efficient vehicle movement, staging, and organization 
• Install and replace dealer badges and license plate frames
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentation-ready
• Ensure vehicles are properly received, inspected, logged, and parked in designated areas 
• Inspect inventory daily for cleanliness and appearance
• Check tire pressures and report low tires
• Verify windows are closed and vehicles are secured
• Keep lot free of trash and debris and empty trash containers around the dealership
• Assist with vehicle movement for sales, service, and detail departments
• Help maintain organization of keys and parking locations
• Assist with miscellaneous dealership projects as assigned
• Report damaged vehicles or lot safety concerns immediately

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Able to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Dependable attendance
• Self-motivated with little supervision
• Able to work outside in varying Georgia weather conditions
• Able to walk throughout the dealership for much of the day
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent entering and exiting vehicles
