Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, protection packages, GAP, and maintenance plans. 
  • Secure financing through approved lenders and maintain strong lender relationships. 
  • Ensure all deals are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations. 
  • Review all documents for accuracy before submission to accounting. 
  • Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional customer service and clear communication. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers to support deal structure and workflow. 
  • Protect dealership assets by ensuring proper titling, funding, and documentation. 
  • Meet and exceed monthly F&I performance goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for our customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive finance or a related field required. (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financing products and options available in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong understanding of lender programs, credit applications, and compliance requirements. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fastâ€'paced, highâ€'volume environment.
  • Proficiency with automotive CRM/DMS systems. 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
