Responsibilities:
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, protection packages, GAP, and maintenance plans.
- Secure financing through approved lenders and maintain strong lender relationships.
- Ensure all deals are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
- Review all documents for accuracy before submission to accounting.
- Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional customer service and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to support deal structure and workflow.
- Protect dealership assets by ensuring proper titling, funding, and documentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly F&I performance goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for our customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive finance or a related field required. (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of financing products and options available in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong understanding of lender programs, credit applications, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to multitask in a fastâ€'paced, highâ€'volume environment.
- Proficiency with automotive CRM/DMS systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
