Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties within the operating room setting
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care throughout all phases of the surgical experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting within the facility's EMR system (SIS)
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and surgical safety guidelines
• Participate in required pre-start compliance modules as assigned through HealthStream

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (or documented proof that licensure process is actively underway)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Demonstrated competency in circulating
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimal time-off requests; must be disclosed at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Familiarity with SIS or similar OR-based EMR systems
• Flexibility around holiday scheduling
