Your Impact

From the moment you clock in at 6 PM, you’ll conduct your equipment checks, coordinate moves with production, and keep materials flowing so our teams can deliver the cables that power grids and connect data across the world.

Key Details

• Location: 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069
• Schedule: 6PM - 6AM
• Starting Pay: $20/hr base pay + $2/hr night shift differential
• Overtime opportunities available. Time and a half!

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a stand‑up reach forklift to move/stack products and materials to specified locations.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑operation inspections; recognize when routine maintenance is needed.
• Stack empty pallets, reels, and similar items safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to OSHA safety policies, practices, and procedures; report unsafe activities to your supervisor and/or safety team.
• Follow supervisor direction and take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance.

*MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRIVEN FORKLIFT EXAM*

Qualifications

• 1 year of stand‑up reach forklift experience (required); comfortable moving large loads.
• Demonstrated ability to safely move full and empty pallets within an active work area.
• High School diploma/GED; distribution experience; current forklift license; able to meet all physical requirements.

Physical & Environmental Conditions

• Loud production environment with potential exposure to extreme temperatures; some duties may occur outdoors.
• Frequent repetitive movement; kneeling, crouching, and stooping; hands‑on tool and control use.
• Lift up to 50 lbs while bending, twisting, and/or standing.
