Production Assistant (Entry-Level / Growth Opportunity)

Overview

Step in and help keep production moving smoothly. As a Production Assistant, you’ll support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment—assisting with setup, preparing materials, coordinating routine tasks, and helping the team meet quality and productivity goals. If you’re detail-focused, dependable, and ready to learn from hands-on experience, this role is a great place to build real operational skills. 

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic comfort with physical, hands-on work in a production environment
• Good communication skills (verbal and/or written) to coordinate with team members

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience supporting production, warehouse, or manufacturing workflows
• Familiarity with basic production tools, equipment, or workflows
• Experience working in a team environment with shifting priorities
• Comfort with checking work for accuracy and consistency

Preferred Education and Experience

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Some exposure to a production, warehouse, or operations setting is preferred, but not required (entry-level candidates are welcome where applicable)

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday–Friday 
• Hours:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm

Wage: $16-$16.50 based on experience. $2 shift differential for 2nd shift

Other Requirements

• Must be able to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Must be able to perform assigned duties in a production setting
