Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a senior care provider. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Heavy Lifting, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Please be willing to do light housekeeping, like trash laundry and vacuuming. Short transportation required for church, doctors appointments groceries and pet needs. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. She does smoke inside and have a small dog. Can ambulate independently and is completely lucid has been living independently for years and following a recent fall and two car accident no longer has ability to drive and struggles with household tasks.
