We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Full single health insurance paid for full-time position. 10 hour shifts. Hiring for either 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and provide detailed instructions to patients regarding their use.
- Conduct medication therapy management and review patient medication profiles for potential interactions or contraindications.
- Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
