We're seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, nationally recognized fast casual restaurant in New Hyde Park, NY.

What You'll Be Responsible For
As the General Manager, you'll have full ownership of the restaurant's success, including:
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing an outstanding team
- Creating a culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
- Driving sales through local store marketing, community partnerships, and grassroots outreach
- Managing all day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Owning financial performance, including labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability
- Leading with energy on the floor while coaching and developing future leaders
- Ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution of brand standards
- Successfully leading the restaurant through opening and long-term growth

Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in Fast Casual or QSR
- Proven success managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Full P&L management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong local marketing and community engagement experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow into multi-unit leadership
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Must live on Long Island or be willing to relocate
- Ability to travel for approximately six weeks of paid management training prior to the restaurant opening
