Sales Representative / Manager in Training Opportunity!
Due to our growth and recent manager promotions we have two Asst. Manager positions open in the Cincinnati market. Our ideal candidates are motivated and talented sales/business professionals that want to be a part of our team! We are seeking individuals that desire learning as a process to grow a rewarding career.

- $58k to 130k earning potential
- uncapped commissions
- 5 days PTO after 90 days.

What we Expect of our Sales / Manager in Training
- Drive to Succeed
- Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment
- Experience with tablet/IPad technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Presentation Skills in a sales environment
- Desire to be part of something big.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of one year experience in at least TWO of the following areas:
- Sales
- Design
- Leadership/Management
Manager Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of achievement in the sales team by encouraging reps to hit or exceed their quotas
- Mentor and train sales reps to improve performance, reduce turnover, and provide on-the-job support
- Grow our sales team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople
- Analyze previous sales periods to create accurate forecasts
- Track performance metrics
- Coach and drive sales
- Set personal and team goals/achieve goals
- Foster Teamwork
- Focus on developing full room solutions and encourage in-home style consultations.
