Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, monitoring in and out of bed and chairs . Assistance with making sure she is ok in and out of shower. Duties may include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). occasionally. She is recovering from open heart surgery and needs help until she regains strength and mobility.
