Babysitter Needed for my Children

Hello! I am a busy mom of three fun kids and I need someone that can help me 3pm-7 p.m. weekdays. 4-5 days a week, 16-20 hours per week depending on how many hours you need/want. Some flexibility in these hours if you have evening classes. I am not exactly looking for a babysitter, but more of someone to pitch-in and work with me in the evenings to help care for the kids and keep the house tidy (as in help pick up toys). Max time you would have all 3 kids is 2 hours. Pay based on how much you can take on to help and could increase every 4 months for 1st year ... Looking forward to discussing more details!
