Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in San Antonio. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We have a 9-month-old with a feeding tube would need to be able to learn how to operate pump, does not need to mess with the tube itself just refilling the pump with pre made milk. I am a registered nurse I am looking for someone 2-3 days a week that could stay with the kids from 5:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. on school days would need help dropping off and picking up our 5-year-old
