Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for our 4-month-old twin girls. For the end of summer, our need is a bit variable on days/times but come fall it should be more structured, though still flexible. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets (we have a 2-year-old dog named Winnie who is usually at daycare but will be home some days), who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
