Babysitter

To help me in the following areas: Act as a sort of big sister to support my two daughters who are now living with me. They have gone through a challenging divorce and now living with me. They are over privledged (UES ya ya), often self centered. And as hard as I can I am failing in bringing structure to their lives. I would like someone who can help me. Be there and listen to their needs, give them direction. Probably 2/3 hours three times a week and maybe overnight occasionally so I get time off
