*Customer Service Representative * Location: Hybrid - Delevan, WI
Pay: $20-$21/hr
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential for conversion)
*Position Overview* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales efforts by delivering exceptional customer care and sales support. This is a high-volume, phone-based role focused on resolving customer inquiries, driving solutions, and ensuring accuracy during a critical peak season.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage customer expectations, and comfort navigating systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Outlook.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle inbound customer calls (phone-only support; no email queue)
* Provide solutions that support sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Accurately process and manage customer requests in Salesforce and SAP
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely outcomes
* Maintain a high level of data accuracy and process compliance
* Manage customer expectations and deliver a strong customer service experience
*Required Qualifications*
* 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or phone-heavy role preferred)
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
* Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* High attention to detail and ability to minimize errors
* Comfortable using Outlook for internal communication
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
* Prior experience supporting sales or order processing
*Work Environment & Schedule*
* Training: 2-4 weeks onsite
* Hybrid Schedule:
* Onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
* Remote: Wednesday and Friday
* Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
