Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Positions are available across various school sites, serving students with a spectrum of needs—including assessment, setting III/IV therapeutic support, and center-based ASD programs at the elementary level. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a closely related field
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility to obtain through reciprocity)
- Proven experience with IEP development and case management
- Strong grasp of IDEA, compliance, and special education best practices
- Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Experience:
- Previous work in ASD, self-contained, assessment, or therapeutic settings
- Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports (PBIS), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Experience with elementary and/or secondary student populations
- Background in behavior management and crisis intervention
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Provide specially designed instruction and ongoing data-driven progress monitoring
- Participate in eligibility determinations, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and foster a positive, inclusive environment
- Collaborate closely with general educators, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Implement effective behavioral and classroom management strategies
