Requirements MaineHealth Franklin Hospital is in need of a Primary Care Physician IM or FM trained for Monday-Friday coverage!SUMMARY OF WORK:Ambulatory primary care practice – see patients for acute and chronic conditions annual wellness visits post-hospitalization follow-up anything that a primary care provider would see. In-basket management of refills advice requests testing follow-ups results referrals etc.CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS:We need an IM or FP Physician. No specific procedures required typical ambulatory primary care visits and inbox management.SCHEDULE:Monday-Friday 6-8 patient-facing hours and approximately 2 additional hours of administrative inbasket work per day. 30 minute unpaid lunch Weekend Coverage: NoCall Coverage: NoWould like a provider ASAP! Given credentialing timelines it will probably be November. However if you have someone with a ME license we’ll be able to push for a sooner start date. and the assignment is for 6-9 monthsABOUT THE SITE:Type of Position: OutpatientSize of practice: Total in all four practices is around 12 Physicians and 15 APPWill locum be working multiple locations: Could potentially work out of any of our three Farmington primary care offices IM 131 and 181Does your practice currently have residents/fellows: NoWhat makes your practice unique: Strong team that works well together and provides excellent physician support. Length of contract you would like for the locum:3 months minimum this could stretch to 6-9 potentially.How soon would you like locum to start: SeptemberTrauma level: N/APatient Census per day: At least 16 visits per day Patient Demographics: Primarily AdultsNumber of admissions per day: N/ANumber of beds: N/AOpen or Closed ICU: N/ANumber of ICU beds: N/ARATE STRUCTURE:Orientation: 250 rate capHourly 250 rate capHoliday Hourly 375 rate capOT: 375 rate capConversion Fee: 25000 rate cap Verbiage on all presentations and CLs: max conversion fee but fee will vary depending on hours worked as outlined in CSE TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Flight - No first-class flights.Hotel - 200/night lodging cap after taxes and feesRental Car - Standard rental car no premium/SUV etc. rentals.Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Schedule Days, Monday- Friday Clinic hours are 7am-5pm and the site is flexible to accomadate and 8 or 10 hour shift. Please factor in a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
