Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Virtual Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English/Spanish) - Texas Schools

Provide virtual speech-language pathology services to bilingual and Spanish-speaking K–12 students across partner school districts in Texas!

Therapy & Assessments

  • Provide direct virtual speech-language therapy in English and Spanish based on student needs and IEP goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional communication outcomes.
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions to maximize growth and achievement.
  • Conduct comprehensive bilingual speech and language evaluations for students with diverse communication needs.
  • Utilize culturally appropriate assessment tools and evidence-based practices to differentiate language differences from communication disorders.
  • Interpret assessment results and present findings during IEP meetings.
  • Develop thorough, compliant evaluation reports with individualized recommendations.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Partner with special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Maintain accurate service logs, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to ASHA standards, educational regulations, and teletherapy best practices.
  • Deliver culturally and linguistically responsive evaluations, therapy, and consultation services while ensuring compliance with IDEA, IEP requirements, and state and federal regulations.

Technology & Documentation

  • Deliver services using secure, FERPA-compliant teletherapy platforms.
  • Maintain timely and accurate electronic records and progress monitoring data.
  • Stay current with advancements in telepractice and bilingual speech-language service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • CTC - Teaching credential preferred
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • School-based experience and experience serving bilingual student populations preferred.
  • Teletherapy experience preferred.
