General cases include abdomen, OBGYN, small parts, abdominal vasculature, lower extremity DVT and follicular.
NICU and OR experience a plus.
Equipment used: GE Logiq E10 and E9, GE Voluson.

Job Requirements

Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date.
MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
Must provide 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset.
Must include past 7 years of work experience with city and state for all work and education.

MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding: color photo taken in past 6 months, no selfies, no filters, plain background.
Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no onsite testing available.
Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
MMR vaccination documentation or proof of immunity required.
TB test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
MGB Education Verification through background check company.
MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check.
MGB National Sex Offender Check ran within 30 days of start and updated annually.
MGB Exclusion Checks must be run within 30 days of start and annually.
