Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide care to home health and hospice patients within a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 5-7 patients per day with a focus on rehabilitation following surgeries and falls.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy to home health and hospice patients.
- Manage a caseload effectively, addressing rehabilitation needs.
- Document treatments and patient progress in the HomeCare/HomeBase system.
Requirements:
- BLS certification.
- North Dakota Physical Therapy License.
- Current Driver's License & Auto Insurance.
- 1+ year of physical therapy experience with previous home health experience.
