Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct nursing care for laboring patients, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio during active labor \n
- Assist with and support vaginal deliveries and C-sections \n
- Deliver antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care within a Maternal Infant Unit setting \n
- Operate GE fetal monitoring equipment and accurately document care using Meditech and CPN EMR systems \n
- Participate in a rotating weekend schedule (every third weekend) and fulfill 12 hours of on-call per 4-week schedule \n

- Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience \n
- Current BLS certification \n
- Current ACLS certification \n
- Current NRP certification \n
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification \n
- \n
- 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience in an LDRP setting \n
- Experience working in a high birth volume environment \n
- \n
- Work within a well-staffed 24-bed Maternal Infant Unit supported by a multidisciplinary team including OB techs, nursery nurses, educators, and unit leadership \n
- Gain experience in a dynamic unit performing a full range of obstetric procedures including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and comprehensive postpartum and newborn care \n
