Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive care to adults with mixed medical/surgical, cardiac, and stroke conditions.
\n
• Perform titration of drips, including Heparin and octreotide, to maintain proper patient care standards.
\n
• Utilize specialty equipment such as Code Carts and LUCAS Machines in patient care activities.
\n
• Participate in a teamwork-focused environment to manage high-flow unit demands effectively.
\n
• Float between Med/Surg, ICU, and ED as required, ensuring appropriate patient care delivery.
\n
• Adhere to facility policies, including dress code and fingernail policies, to maintain a professional environment.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current RN license with eligibility to work in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
\n
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar acute care setting.
\n
• Proficiency in interpreting telemetry readings and adjusting care plans accordingly.
\n
• Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
\n
• Ability to pass an open book exam during orientation is required, with resources provided to ensure success.
