Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive care to adults with mixed medical/surgical, cardiac, and stroke conditions. \n
- Perform titration of drips, including Heparin and octreotide, to maintain proper patient care standards. \n
- Utilize specialty equipment such as Code Carts and LUCAS Machines in patient care activities. \n
- Participate in a teamwork-focused environment to manage high-flow unit demands effectively. \n
- Float between Med/Surg, ICU, and ED as required, ensuring appropriate patient care delivery. \n
- Adhere to facility policies, including dress code and fingernail policies, to maintain a professional environment. \n

- Current RN license with eligibility to work in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. \n
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. \n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar acute care setting. \n
- Proficiency in interpreting telemetry readings and adjusting care plans accordingly. \n
- Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude. \n
- Ability to pass an open book exam during orientation is required, with resources provided to ensure success. \n
