Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room department
- Float and provide nursing care in the Medical/Surgical department as needed
- Deliver 24/7 emergency nursing services within a critical access hospital setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with clinical standards
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during assignment
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions (verified within the last 30 days)
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
- Experience in both Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical departments
- Valid driver's license required for residency verification
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with critical access hospital environments
- Flexibility with shifts and departments to support assignment placement
