Tripod Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, and ensuring positive clinical outcomes. This role also includes supervising support staff, mentoring team members, promoting evidence-based practice, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
