Licensure & Certifications--
\n Active Washington RN License (or compact eligible if applicable)
\n BLS – Basic Life Support (AHA)
\n ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (AHA)
\n PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred/required depending on facility)
\n TNCC (preferred)
\n NIHSS certification (preferred)

\n Experience--
\n Minimum 1–2 years recent ER experience in an acute care hospital
\n Strong triage and critical care skills
\n Experience with trauma, stroke, cardiac, and high-acuity patients preferred

\n Familiarity with EMR systems/ss
