First Connect Health is looking for two skilled Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologists for a 13-week travel assignment in Des Moines, Iowa. 💰 PRE-CALCULATED PAY PACKAGE

  • Weekly Gross: $3,207.00
  • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,407.00
  • Hourly W2 Rate: $45.00/hr
  • Overtime Rate: $67.50/hr (Billable after 40 hours)

📅 SHIFT & POSITION DETAILS

  • Schedule: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts (40 hours per week)
  • Call Requirements: Every 3rd evening and every 3rd weekend
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Unit Volume: ~25 vascular cases per day
  • Duties: Scrub, circulate, and monitor
  • Floating: Required to float across campus locations (ILH/IMMC) when needed. Call team covers both facilities.

🚨 REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Minimum 12 months of current hospital-setting interventional vascular/IR lab experience (including peripheral vascular experience).
  • Specialty Skills: Core experience in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring is required. Must also have Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience and prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures. Level I trauma experience is highly preferred!
  • Certifications: Active ARRT (R) or RCIS/CCI required. Current BLS. ARRT (CI or VI) is highly preferred.
  • Licensure: Iowa Radiology License is highly preferred. However, we will consider non-licensed candidates willing to apply (licensure issuance timeline takes 48 hours to 4 weeks).
