CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Mount Pleasant, Texas

Coverage Needed

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts (9a-5p or 11a-7p) or 10-hour shifts (7a-5p), Monday–Friday, daily coverage extending into evening
• Shifts Per Month: Weekdays, Monday–Friday; no holidays if one falls during the week

Clinical Details

• Covered Services:
  • Main OR (ortho, general surgery, GYN, urology, spine, thoracic, peds dental, ENT; no hearts, no brains)
  • GI (EGD, colonoscopy); bronchoscopy; cath lab
  • L&D (OB)
  • NORA (sedation in ED/ICU)
• Anesthesia Care Team model: CRNAs medically directed by physician in Main OR
• CRNAs don't typically do regional blocks due to the flow of the perioperative process; however, they often do TAP blocks in the OR
• Required Procedures: Spinals, epidurals, CSEs, intubations
