Seeking an experienced RN Manager to oversee operations within a multi-specialty ambulatory clinic setting. This leadership role is responsible for supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining efficient clinic workflows across multiple outpatient specialties.

Requirements:
\n • Active RN license
\n • BLS certification
\n • BSN required (MSN preferred)
\n • Previous ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience required
\n • Previous leadership, supervisory, or nurse management experience required
\n • Experience in a multi-specialty environment preferred, including areas such as primary care, pediatrics, OB-GYN, wound care, and specialty services
\n • Strong skills in staff oversight, patient flow, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration

Schedule:
\n • Monday-Friday
\n • Day shift
\n • No weekends or holidays
\n • On-call phone support as needed

Pay: $85.00-$90.00/hour, depending on experience
