We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Fellowship-Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our growing, patient-centered ophthalmology practice in the Twin Cities. This is an exceptional opportunity to build and expand a comprehensive oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment.
The ideal candidate will provide both reconstructive and cosmetic surgical services while delivering outstanding patient care and helping grow an established specialty service line.
Position Highlights

Collaborative team of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and experienced staff
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the eyelids, orbit, lacrimal system, and surrounding facial structures
Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient care
Perform advanced oculoplastic and reconstructive procedures, including:
Blepharoplasty
Ptosis repair
Entropion and ectropion correction
Brow lifts
Orbital surgery
Lacrimal (tear duct) procedures
Eyelid and facial reconstruction
Mohs closures and skin cancer reconstruction
Provide cosmetic services including Botox®, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers
Build referral relationships and participate in practice growth initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency
Fellowship Training in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for unrestricted Minnesota medical licensure
Strong surgical skills and commitment to exceptional patient outcomes
